I have repeatedly called customer service for repair service. They have sent out 3 work orders within the past 3weeks and no one has responded. I am very upset with LG having lost food and am still without a working freezer. I was promised a resolution by 9/24 if the 3rd work order was not responded to. I was told by the supervisor that they had to put in another work order. I demanded to talk to someone above him but was told they would tell me the same. I was so upset I just hung up. Ive worked in retail and this is appalling

It seems like an odd configuration no water or ice dispenser on the door only an ice maker in the freezer glass door but with kids this is the best configuration. The kids are not tempted to play with the dispenser and make a mess out of sight out of mind. And double tapping the glass door is a nice touch no extra button to look for to turn on the light.

Broke Down in Less Than 2 and a Half Years

Purchased 2 years and 3 months ago. Compressor already went. Waited 3 weeks for replacement. Replaced yesterday and is already not working. Not even 1 day Gave 2 stars cause we were happy with it and it ran good till it didnt. Found out that these LGs are lemons. They gotta do better with repair service also.

Bought this fridge just over 2 years ago. It was working fine but has started making this very loud rattling/humming noise. Tried manually defrosting the fridge as advised by LG support and that did not fix the issue. Also made sure it was level front to back and side to side and the noise is still there. Given the price of the fridge and the rave customer reviews for LG appliances Im very disappointed. The fridge is also supposed to be WiFi-capable for LG ThinQ support/troubleshooting but it does not have WiFi at all. Wasted over $2K for this fridge.

LG repairman satisfaction

I had a problem with the discolored ice generated from the LG icemaker. Even though I changed the filter several times to the ice maker ice was still not clear. I refused to let my family use the ice. I called Assurain warranty company and was sent a repair man. That repairman replaced the icemaker. I still had discolored ice. Since I still had a two-year LG warranty I called LG repair company directly Within a few days LG repair man came and inspected the LG refrigerator thoroughly He reported the only way I had discolored ice was the actual plumbing to the LG refrigerator. He inspected the ice and showed me what the problem could be making discolored ice. Immediately I called a plumber and he found there was a small galvanized connector that was full of rust. All other plumbing was PVC or copper Once the galvanized connector was replaced I now have perfect ice. My family can now enjoy.

We absolutely love this refrigerator. We would not buy anything but an LG refrigerator. Our last one had to be sold after 15 yrs due to upgrading our kitchen yes it worked perfectly fine up until then. The ice maker positioned in the freezer is fantastic. We did not need a water dispenser since we have filtered water at our sink. This allows for so much space in the unit. Our refrigerator never feels full. We also love the Instaview and allows us to put items we use everyday in the front to save energy. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Thank you LG for an incredibly product

For the past 6 months we had had issues with the right side door closing properly and staying sealed tight. Tried several things but not sealing well or pops open when the left side closes. Called to inquire about fixing but just to send out a Technician to look at it was VERY expensive . Have never had a refrigerator do this before. Would be wary about buying this brand again.

Its lovely and shiny and new. Is it making ice but I figured thats probably on the plumbers part having him come back out. And as soon as the kids figure out that they dont have to slam the doors they close on their own itll be great. Grandkids think Im magic I can make the icebox light up So much space. And I love being able to get my creamer out of the door without having to open the whole door and letting the area. But as I read the instruction manual it says when you open the doors call burst air will come out of those vents it does not.

The body of this product looks nice but not a good

I brought this product in January of 2021 and with the extended warranty. It stopped cooling at the bottom about three weeks ago and now the top isnt cooling. I called and a repair person came out and diagnosed it and an environmental damage Sulphuric Damage which I have never heard of. I have contacted the extended warranty department on several occasions and still havent gotten any help. They are still telling me that type of damage is not covered under the extended warranty plan. My warranty is still good until 2026. I am still reaching out for help.

Truly a fantastic product. Its like having a separate drink fridge which saves on both the cost of energy and buying an entirely separate fridge which many friends have done. Same friends are super jealous of the attached drink fridge :. The ice maker works super well and I love that there is a water filter dont forget to change it. Also it fits sooooo much food. I love it after a big party/gathering. Thank you LG for making this awesome fridge.

Great features a little noisy and buggy

I love the look of this refrigerator and it seems to be keeping the set temperatures very well. The only two issues Ive experienced is that sometimes the ice maker doesnt stop making ice when switched to the off position and the refrigerator in general makes more noises than I would have expected.

High cu/ft counter depth - door racks block access

We have had this Refrigerator for about a month. It works well. Even though it is a counter depth the cubic foot capacity is a lot larger compared to our old one. The automatic ice maker provides plenty of ice. For some reason there is no storage drawer for specifically for luncheon meats and cheeses. Just Fruits and Veggies. We are simply using one of those to store LM/CH. The racks/shelves in the see through door are made in a way that makes removing products difficult at times. There should be a cut out in the front to allow easier access.
